UNDELIVERABLE / INSUFFICIENT ADDRESSES
We are not responsible for shipping charges when orders are returned due to undeliverable addresses. Once the order is returned to us, a refund will automatically be issued. All shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted. Before placing an order, please check to make sure you are using the correct address.

How does the self-cleaning feature of the bottle work?
The bottle's self-cleaning feature works by using UV-C LED technology to emit ultraviolet light that destroys the DNA of microorganisms, effectively sterilising the bottle's interior.
Is the self-cleaning feature effective in removing all types of bacteria and viruses?
The self-cleaning feature is effective in removing most types of bacteria and viruses, including E. coli, salmonella, and the common cold and flu viruses. However, it may not be effective against all types of microorganisms, and it's still important to regularly clean and maintain the bottle.
Can I use soap or other cleaning agents on the bottle?
While the self-cleaning feature is effective, we recommend a routine physical cleaning routine with the use of soap and water to clean the bottle's exterior and remove any visible dirt or grime.
How long does the self-cleaning process take?
The self-cleaning process takes only 180 seconds to complete, making it a convenient and quick way to ensure that your bottle stays clean.
How long does the water stay clean after the self-cleaning process?
Water stays clean and fresh for up to 24 hours after the self-cleaning process. To re-clean the content, simply tap the lid to re-activate the sterilisation mode.
What is the capacity of the bottle?

Is the bottle made of BPA-free materials?
Yes, the bottle is made of BPA-free materials, ensuring that your water stays free of harmful chemicals.
Can the bottle keep water cold or hot?
The bottle is double insulated and will keep water cold for up to 24 hours or hot for up to 12 hours.
Can I put the bottle in the dishwasher?
No, the bottle must not be put in the dishwasher. Instead, it can be hand-washed with soap and water. Remember the lid is splash proof and cannot be submerged in water.
How often do I need to charge the bottle's battery?
The battery will last up to 1 month with minimal use (2-3 cycles per day). Depending on the number of cycles performed in a day, more frequent charging may be required.

Is the bottle suitable for outdoor activities such as hiking or camping?
Yes, the bottle is perfect for outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, and travelling.
Can I use the bottle for carbonated drinks
No, the bottle is not suitable for carbonated drinks, as the pressure may cause the bottle to leak or even rupture.
What is the warranty on the bottle?
The bottle comes with a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering any manufacturing defects.
