  1. Condition of Product: The Neutralize water bottle must be returned in "as new" condition, free of scratches, dents, or any other damage.

  2. Packaging and Accessories: The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories provided at the time of purchase.

Return Process

  2. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit.

Assessment and Refund

  1. Assessment Period: Once received, returns will be assessed within 7 business days. If any item is damaged or missing, Neutralize Pty Ltd reserves the right to reject the return or offer a partial refund only.

  2. Refund Process: If the return is approved, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Limitations

  1. One-Time Offer: The 60-day risk-free trial is valid for one-time use per customer and applies to a single product only.

  2. Time Frame: The 60-day period begins from the date of purchase.

  3. Proof of Purchase: Returns must include proof of purchase, specifically the order number, customer name, and phone number.
